The
Center will provide best tools, techniques,
methods, practices and lessons learned to the
poor in the rural and distant areas, helping
them in improving their quality of life. Once
connected to the Center, people will be guided
to find best information, lessons, or practices
to apply to their real life. Furthermore, it
will provide consulting support to all people
by telephone, mail or email. From what we have
studied in the communities that successfully
implemented those methods and practices, it
is highly believed that this project will be
a successful model in applying Information and
Communication Technology to support community
development. In conclusion, the project will
bring the relevant information and consultation
to the poor, to the rural, distant areas on
there finger tips through Information &
Communication Technology.
